Jane Olson

Jane Olson has been very instrumental in opening the Bungoma Bible Children’s Home.

Jane, a close friend of Doris Stotler, went to Bungoma, Kenya to see the work Doris was doing with the Bible School. On this trip Jane began to see the need for a children’s home. While Doris and the bible school students were doing what they could to help the orphaned children, those abandoned by hardship, it wasn’t sufficient to meet the needs of the children.

This is when Jane Olson began to raise the funds for the purpose of starting the childrens’ home.  Her vision was that every child would have the experience of a loving home, full bellies and a chance at an education.

Because of what Jane has done we now have 34 children in our home and looking forward to bringing in even more.
